Bliss (she/they) brings over 28 years of legal and business advising experience to Bliss Legal Group.  Bliss started her career in estate planning and tech business/venture capital financing, followed by in-house counsel roles for an industry giant in technology. Throughout her legal career, she volunteered for boards and hands-on roles supporting diversity/equity/inclusion, domestic violence/sexual assault survivors, consent-incident accountability,  undocumented immigrants, and racial justice.  She is the executive director and volunteer for www.trianglelegalfoundation.org and organizes free expungement clinics on behalf of the Eliot Neighborhood Association. 

Bliss is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania - Wharton (BS, BA), Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark (JD) with certificate in federal taxation, and the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (MBA).

Bliss is licensed in Oregon and Washington.
